SUNBURST
6 | 12 HOUR SOLO
The 2025 Sunburst 6 | 12 Hour Trail Festival is scheduled for Saturday, June 21st, and will start/finish at Sunburst Ski Area, located in Kewaskum, WI.
All 6 | 12 Hour SOLO and lead RELAY runners will begin at 7:15 am, local time, running a quick UP/down to thin the crowd before heading out on loop #1. Your loop will then start with a climb UP before heading to 2+ miles of gorgeous trail running. As you begin to traverse back down to the party grounds, you'll need to run back UP the toughest climb at Sunburst...before heading back down to the start/finish. How many loops can YOU run?
- You'll be greeted with a fully stocked aid station at mile 1.25. At this point, you'll be handed a golden token...you'll need to hand this to the TIMER at the end of each loop. (Chip timed for accuracy)
- Each entrant will receive a sweet shirt, with EPIC medals for all finishers!
- 6 Hour runners will run as many loops as they can before the course closes at 1:15 pm. Awards will be handed out at 2:00 pm.
- 12 Hour runners will run as many loops as they can before the course closes at 7:15 pm. Awards at 7:45 pm.
...and we're all about the PARTY. Music, food, with beer/beverages available. We encourage 10'x10' pop-ups...with family, friends. Pack a cooler, and join us on June 21st for some running FUN!
